These terms and conditions apply to the use of the crickex link platform and all its services. This document is considered a legal agreement between you and crickex link. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

crickex link reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for important changes. Continuing to use the service after any change means the updated terms have been accepted.

Alongside these terms, other crickex link policies also apply, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Users of the service are required to be familiar with all these policies.

To use crickex link services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and be capable of complying with local laws.
• You must have an active bank account or mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• You are not currently subject to any mandatory self-exclusion.

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled.

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and any winnings received may be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the crickex link support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

Changing your password regularly and using a strong password is very important for security. crickex link will never ask for your password by email or chat.

The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on crickex link: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name, and withdrawals must be made to the same method.
• Transactions via third-party accounts or cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (1x the deposit amount). Different wagering requirements apply for bonuses, as detailed in section 5.

crickex link offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500; ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before this bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are not direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly crickex link Reload Festival — 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳500. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any deposit.
• crickex link Slots Adventure Bonus — 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500. Available once per day on deposits made for slot games.
• Cricket Field Special Reward — 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500. Applicable once per week on deposits made in the cricket or sports section.
• Birthday crickex link Gift — reward up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x. Can be claimed once a year on your birthday.

crickex link reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of fraudulent activity is detected.

The following rules apply when participating in sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games on crickex link:

• Once a bet is confirmed it is considered final and generally cannot be cancelled.
• crickex link reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the internet connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be processed automatically and crickex link is not liable.
• If a match is cancelled in cricket, football, or any other sport, bets will be settled according to the betting policy.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

For slots and casino games, RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term average statistic and is not a guarantee of winnings in any particular session. All game outcomes are determined by a fair random number generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickex link platform:

• Depositing funds obtained illegally or using a third party's funds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to access another user's account or attempting to undermine the platform's security.
• Knowingly exploiting any error in the platform's system.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions multiple times by creating multiple accounts.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, crickex link may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, and the relevant deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

crickex link may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• When clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification documents are not provided in time.
• If fraudulent transactions through the account are suspected.
• At your request (including self-exclusion).

You may also request account closure at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before account closure; however, bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been completed.

crickex link treats the security of your personal data as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely to operate and improve the platform's services.

If incorrect odds, payments, or game results appear due to software or data errors, crickex link reserves the right to correct them and also has the right to recover any incorrectly paid amounts.

After a complaint is submitted, the support team will investigate and try to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. If a resolution is not reached at the first level, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
